* Warranty conditions
Medicalfootwear.net warrants its footwear products to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions for a period of one year.
Medicalfootwear.net will replace, free of charge, any defected product covered by this Warranty.
This Warranty does not cover any footwear product, which has been modified or repaired by any person not authorized by Medicalfootwear.
* Return Information
Send your parcel with your local postal service. Please note that the shipping fee is not covered by Etkin Medikal. We simply ask that you pay for the return shipping including in turkish customs expenses. The Return Cargo should be DDP (incoterms)
Important! Packages delivered internationally may be subject to customs duty. In this case, customs officials will inform you about how to receive your order. Customs duty may vary according to your order and shipping country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay duty on any order subject to customs clearance.
Conditions for full refund:
· All shoes must be in the original, unworn condition (Please try on shoes on carpeting to prevent scuffing)
· Shoes must be received in the original packaging (shoe box)
· Please ship the original shoe box back to us inside the protective shipping packaging
· Damaged shoe boxes will be charged an $8 re-boxing fee
· Non-shoe products cannot be returned for health and hygienic reasons
· Shipping costs for returns are not refundable
Package the Product: Package the product and Return/Exchange Form in the original shipping box (please do not stick shipping labels onto the shoe box)
Ship the Package back to our warehouse
40 USD shipping cost has been reflected in the product prices, and in case of return, this amount will be deducted from your balance and your refund will be made.
Ship the package back to our warehouse for a refund. You are responsible for the shipping charges.
